All unused products may be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Returns outside of 60 days may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Defective products purchased from this website may be returned within two years if they are defective due to manufacturer defect. Products returned outside of 60 days will be given a product replacement.

In both cases the buyer is responsible for return shipping. IMCmotorcom.com will pay to ship the replacement products back to the customer free of charge in the case of defective products being returned for replacement.

In the case you are requesting a refund we will return you payment to the original payment method used (credit card, paypal etc...). The refund is issued within 3 days of receipt of the returned product.
